In order to strengthen and develop partnerships, the company conducted a nationwide Loyalty Program 2015 among its customers: Partnership with DEFA leads to success.
More than 150 partners from different parts of the country took part in this program. The majority of partners successfully achieved the stated targets in terms of sales. We thank our partners for their interest, fruitful work, loyalty and the courage to grow with us in such a difficult time.
As a result of the winners’ selection in early 2016, several participants were awarded prizes – thematic trips: to Faroe Islands with a visit to the industries of aquaculture, and Scandinavia with sightseeing tours of Saint Petersburg during the White nights.
Furthermore, the winners of the Second grade were awarded a trip as well: they were cruising on the ferry called "Princess Anastasia" from 7th to 11th June through the Baltic capitals: Helsinki, Stockholm, Tallinn.
After travelers were accommodated in A class cabins, the DEFA employees gathered all the winners in the conference room of the ferry in order to give a presentation on the company's history, geography of sales, market situation and the position of DEFA in the fish market of Russia. The presentation provoked an active discussion, and in the course of communication some of the business issues were discussed. After that, all of the participants of the cruise were presented DEFA Group corporate gifts, and then the casual part of the trip took place.
The program of the trip included going to bars, restaurants, Duty Free shops, discos, show at the St. Petersburg Music Hall, Night Rabbit bar, casino, cinema, sauna with a swimming pool, which allowed to make the evenings fun, loud and friendly.
There was an excursion program with transfers organized in each of the capitals. June was not a random choice for this event: hiking excursions and walks are particularly pleasant during neither hot nor chilly summer days.
After an entertaining tour of the capitals, the travelers were offered some free time for shopping, spending time at the restaurants and walks.
During the last dinner of the trip at sea, returning to DEFA's hometown St. Petersburg, a large company shared rave reviews between themselves. As it turned out later, many didn't believe it is possible to win a trip, since it was the first year of the Loyalty Program, so they were pleasantly surprised to find themselves among the travelers. There was only one question left after the trip: what interesting activities are DEFA going to come up with next?
