It was our greatest pleasure to give a master class called "Festive dinner» with fish dainty dishes on the 8th March of all days in one of Julia Vysotskaya's culinary studios in MEGA Khimki (Moscow), as she is one of the icons of Russian home cooking.
DEFA presented Atlantic salmon whole round fish from Faroe Islands under the aegis of their own brand Fish&More for this event.
Julia Vysotskaya's concepts of "Let's Eat at Home!”, "BreadSalt" magazine and the culinary studios are very similar to Fish&More concepts. As well as we do, Julia aims at quick and simple cooking made of top-quality ingredients, which is a must for a healthy and balanced menu. Besides, we want to promote a love of culinary aesthetics and to get restaurant quality home-made dishes. For this very reason our cross promotion with Vysotskaya's brands turned out to be such a fortunate move.

Before cooking fish dishes, brand-chief gave a tutorial on fish gutting, which fascinated the audience and provoked a dynamic discussion over theoretical basics of choosing fish in distributive networks.

Thus, we managed to introduce our red fish to the participants of the tutorial. Everyone was given a chance to cook tartar from the raw fish fillet, as well as grilled stake, and to make sure that the taste is incredible. All the participants got a pleasant experience of interacting with our own brands, which came together with such a famous name of Russian gastronomy as "Julia Vysotskaya"!
