The Imperial fund's primary objective is assistance in personnel training for accessible and proficient medical care supply for people suffering from ontological diseases, providing oncology specialists with financial and resource support.
Fund's activity is focused on offering young oncology specialists opportunities to continue their studying and improve their qualification, as well as helping established specialists to put their theoretical development into practice, to publish scholarly works, to share experience with colleagues from other countries during international conferences and seminars.
Early diagnosis and treatment of children’s diseases, especially oncological diseases, is as important as palliative care of high quality. For that reason, Children's Hospice and Imperial foundation combine efforts, in order to help children suffering from serious diseases.

Saint-Petersburg Children's Hospice was founded in 2003 and became the first organization in Russia, furnishing overall medical, psychological, social and mental care of children suffering from serious diseases. Experienced doctors, nurses, psychologists, and social teachers give opportunities to live a fruitful and joyful life, help them to fight the illness, ease the physical and mental pain.
Children’s Hospice unites home health service, round-the-clock and day patient facility, home care, palliative care Center, intended to nurse children suffering from serious diseases, coming for treatment from other regions of Russian Federation to Saint-Petersburg.
Children’s Hospice hosts annual widespread charity events, arranged to give medical and social support to children who have serious and incurable diseases.
The "White flower" project, which took place on International Children's Day, aimed to raise funds for Children's Hospice and city hospital patients. Medical workers, benefactors, volunteers fulfil children's New Year wishes as part of the “Dreams Come True” project.
